Welcome to MTech Acting Studio, directed by Mitesh Shah and based in Indore. By enrolling in our programs, using our services, or visiting our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Enrollment & Registration

Students must complete the official registration process to enroll in workshops, classes, or training programs.

Accurate personal details must be provided at the time of registration. False or incomplete information may lead to cancellation of enrollment.

Admission is subject to availability and at the discretion of the studio.
2. Fees & Payments

All course, workshop, or event fees must be paid in full (or as per the agreed payment schedule) before participation begins.

Fees are non-refundable except in cases where the program is canceled by MTech Acting Studio.

3. Attendance & Discipline

Regular attendance is required for effective training. Repeated absences without notice may affect continuation in the program.

Students are expected to maintain discipline and respect faculty, staff, and fellow students.

Misconduct, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination without refund.
4. Studio Rules

Mobile phones must be kept silent during sessions unless permitted for learning purposes.

Recording (audio, video, or photography) of classes without prior consent is strictly prohibited.

Students must handle studio property, costumes, and equipment with care. Damages caused intentionally may be charged to the student.
5. Performance, Assignments & Media Rights

Students may be assigned performances, projects, or activities as part of the training. Participation is mandatory unless excused by the instructor.

The studio may capture photos, videos, or recordings during sessions, workshops, or performances. By enrolling, you grant MTech Acting Studio the right to use such media for educational, promotional, or marketing purposes (with respect to student dignity).
6. Health & Safety

Students are responsible for informing the studio of any medical conditions or physical limitations before participating in activities.

MTech Acting Studio is not liable for injuries, accidents, or health issues arising from participation, except in cases of proven negligence by the studio.

Students must comply with safety instructions at all times.
7. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

Training materials, scripts, and exercises provided by MTech Acting Studio are for personal learning only and must not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

Students may not use the studio’s name, logo, or content for unauthorized promotion.
8. Third-Party Services

Our website or communication channels may contain links to external websites or services. MTech Acting Studio is not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of third-party platforms.
9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the best training and support, MTech Acting Studio does not guarantee placements, acting roles, or professional success.

The studio will not be liable for indirect losses, missed opportunities, or personal disputes arising during or after training.
10. Termination of Enrollment

The studio reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment in case of non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions, misconduct, or non-payment of fees.

Students may choose to discontinue, but fees already paid will not be refunded.
11. Changes to Terms & Conditions
MTech Acting Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website or notified to enrolled students.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
